Over-the-Counter in InLife offices, partner banks and partner channels

Bank Branches

Payments in cash and in check are accepted at any branches of UBP (Peso & Dollar), BDO (Peso & Dollar) and Metrobank (Peso Only), and BPI (Dollar Only).

  1. Go to any branches of your preferred bank.
  2. Fill out the bank’s bills payment slip, indicating the following information:
    • Insular Life Assurance Co., Ltd. as Biller
    • Policy Number (prefix IL then the ten-digit policy ID) ILXXXXXXXXXX
    • Policyholder Name
    • Premium Amount
  3. Present it to the teller along with your current premium notice
  4. Give the amount to be paid to the teller

ECPay

Pay premiums of peso-denominated policies in cash through ECPay partner channels. Applicable for Initial, Renewal and Top-up Premiums.

ECPay Partners - Pawnshops, Bayad Centers & Rural Banks
  1. Approach the Cashier & provide the following information:
    • Insular Life as Biller
    • Policy Number (prefix IL then the ten-digit policy ID) ILXXXXXXXXXX
    • Policyholder Name
    • Premium Amount
  2. Give the amount to be paid to the Cashier
  3. Get the Acknowledgement receipt
7 Eleven Outlets - Cliqq Kiosk
  1. Choose Insular Life as biller in the Cliqq kiosk
  2. Enter Policy Number (prefix IL then the ten-digit policy ID) ILXXXXXXXXXX, Policyholder Name & Amount
  3. Present the generated transaction slip to the Cashier & pay the policy amount due
  4. Get the Acknowledgement receipt

Maximum amount per transaction - P10,000

Maximum total transaction amount per day - P50,000

7 Eleven Outlets - Cliqq Mobile Application
  1. Download the Cliqq app on your mobile gadgets; this app is available in both Google Play & App Store
  2. Choose the option Pay Bills & Choose Insular Life as Biller
  3. Encode Policy Number (prefix IL then the ten-digit policy ID) ILXXXXXXXXXX, Policyholder Name & Amount
  4. Go to the nearest 7-Eleven outlets & show the generated barcode to the Cashier & pay the policy amount due
  5. Get the Acknowledgement receipt

Maximum amount per transaction - P10,000

Maximum total transaction amount per day - P50,000

Dragonpay

Pay premiums of peso denominated policies in cash through Dragonpay - OTC Partner Channels. Applicable for Initial, Renewal and Top-up Premiums.

  1. In the corresponding InLife platforms, select preferred Payment Method.
    • For Renewal Premium Payments:
    • For Initial Premium Payments:
      • In this InLife website, click the InLife Pay button.
      • In InLife Solutions click "Pay Now".
      • In Automatic Underwriting System (AUS), select “Pay now thru other payment methods”
      • In New Business Payment Notice, click the payment link.
  2. Select payment thru Online/Over-the-Counter Banking/ Partner Merchants(Dragon Pay)
  3. Accept the Terms and Conditions.
  4. Select Over-the-Counter Bank/Non-Bank Channel from the dropdown list.
  5. Click Pay to complete the transaction.
  6. Strictly follow the payment instructions emailed by InLife/Dragonpay.

InLife Branches and General Agencies

Payments in cash, in check or credit card are accepted in all Insular Life offices.

  • Pay your premiums using your credit card or debit card (VISA, Mastercard, JCB) at any of our Insular Life District Office.
  • AMEX, CUP, and JCB are also accepted for payment of non-Variable Life premiums at selected Insular Life Offices.
  • Credit cards are NOT accepted for loan payments, single pay, top-up and I-shield premiums.
  • Check payments must be payable to "The Insular Life Assurance Co., Ltd." and should not be post-dated.
