Online Banking/E-Wallets
- Log in your bank’s mobile application or internet banking portal.
- Select Bills Payment section.
- Enroll/Select “The Insular Life Assurance Co. Ltd” as Biller.
- Enter the Policy No (ILXXXXXXXXXX) in the Reference/Subscriber No. field.
- Input the Premium Amount Due.
- Enter the Payor’s Name in the Reference/Subscriber Name field, if applicable.
- Click Pay or Submit to complete the transaction.
Enrollment of policy number may be required by some banks.
Payments will be posted after 2 working days after the transaction date.
For Online Bills Payment thru other banks, you may pay via Dragon Pay – Online Banking.
No enrollment required.
Dragonpay
For Online Bills Payment thru other banks, you may pay via Dragon Pay – Online Banking.
- In the corresponding InLife platforms, select preferred Payment Method.
- For Renewal Premium Payments:
- In this InLife website, click the InLife Pay button.
- In InLife Customer Portal, click "Pay Online".
- In Premium Notice, click the payment link.
- For Initial Premium Payments:
- In this InLife website, click the InLife Pay button.
- In InLife Solutions click "Pay Now".
- In Automatic Underwriting System (AUS), select “Pay now thru other payment methods”
- In New Business Payment Notice, click the payment link.
- For Renewal Premium Payments:
- Select payment thru Online/Over-the-Counter Banking/ Partner Merchants(Dragon Pay)
- Accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Select Online Banking/E-Wallet from the dropdown list.
- You will be redirected to the bank/e-wallet channel.
- Select corresponding account and click Pay to complete the transaction.
GCash
Pay the premiums for your InLife policies through e-Wallet on bills payment.
- Access your GCash mobile app.
- Go to Pay Bills section, select Insurance and then choose “Insular Life” as Biller.
- Enter the Policy No (ILXXXXXXXXXX) in the Reference/Subscriber No. field.
- Enter the Policyholder’s Name in the Reference/Subscriber Name field, if available,
- Input the Premium Amount Due.
- Click Pay or Submit to complete the transaction.
Paymaya
Pay the premiums for your InLife policies through e-Wallet on bills payment.
- Access your PayMaya mobile app.
- Go to Pay Bills section, select Insurance and then choose “THE INSULAR LIFE ASSURANCE COMPANY, LTD” as Biller.
- Enter the Policy No (ILXXXXXXXXXX) in the Reference/Subscriber No. field.
- Enter the Policyholder’s Name in the Reference/Subscriber Name field, if available,
- Input the Premium Amount Due.
- Click Pay or Submit to complete the transaction.
