Insular Life (InLife) has announced its acquisition of Generali Life Assurance Philippines. This strategic move aims to strengthen InLife's market position and expand its product offerings. The combined expertise of both companies will enhance service delivery and customer experience. The transaction is expected to be finalized in the first half of 2025, subject to regulatory approval.
