InLife wins Philippine Quill Excellence Awards
Insular Life’s (InLife) women empowerment program and chorale competition won Excellence Awards at the 20th Philippine Quill Awards.
The InLife Sheroes Advocacy and Movement won Excellence Award under the Communication Management Division – Diversity and Inclusion Category. From the Quill Awards period from August 2021 to December 2022, InLife Sheroes spearheaded health webinars, business opportunity forums, Nation of Sheroes outreach programs, #InAko social media campaign, “Bida ang Pinay” digital bazaar, and InLife Negosyo Challenge for women-led social enterprises. InLife Sheroes also put the spotlight on women achievers through the Young Sheroes of the Year Award. Since 2019, InLife Sheroes has reached out to millions of Filipinos through financial literacy, health and wellness, women-specific solutions, and connections to business and social networks.
The 2022 InLife Chorale Fest, meanwhile, won Excellence Award under the Communication Skills Division – Special and Experiential Events Category. A total of 137 InLife employees, financial advisors, and agency leaders from InLife offices nationwide; Insular Health Care employees; and bancassurance advisors participated in this musical competition to celebrate the company’s 112th anniversary.
InLife’s Chief Marketing Officer Gae L. Martinez thanked International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Philippines for recognizing InLife’s advocacy program and anniversary event.
“We are honored to receive the Philippines Quill Awards for our InLife Sheroes program and Chorale Fest. This recognition will inspire us to further strengthen our women empowerment program to contribute to nation-building, and our anniversary event to celebrate our more than 100 years of uninterrupted service to Filipinos,” Martinez said.
Presented by IABC Philippines, the Philippine Quill Awards honors the best communication programs and tools across various industries. This seal of approval given to the most reputable organizations and corporations in the country emphasizes the use of excellent communication to achieve business goals, and to make a difference in society.
