InLife website now includes "File a Complaint" tab

To ensure that customers can communicate their concerns to the company, InLife has included a “File a Complaint” tab on its website.

Customers may submit their complaints through the File a Complaint page by providing their complete name, contact details, policy number and complaint details.

At InLife, customer service stands front and center. As part of the company’s drive to continuously understand the needs as well as the concerns of our customers, InLife gathers feedback from our various customer touch points. We also provide convenient methods for our customers to air their complaints to us so we can address these in a timely manner,” said InLife’s Chief Customer Experience and Operations Officer Geraldine B. Alvarez.

Aside from the website complaints tab, customers may also raise their concerns and inquiries through the following:

· InLife’s hotline numbers: (632) 8-876-1800 for Metro Manila or 1-800-1- INSULAR (4678527) for provinces;

· Press 1 for policy servicing then press 2 for complaints.
