InLife extends grace period and gives other concessions in the light of Typhoon Odette
The destruction brought about by Typhoon Odette is putting our fellow Filipinos in Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao regions in a difficult and challenging situation, having ravaged various homes and livelihood.
To be of assistance to its clients, so they can manage their funds and allocate it in more pressing and urgent concerns, InLife is applying some concessions on the policy payments of its policyholders in the affected areas. These include:
1. Extension of the 31-day Grace Period to 61 days for your Premium Payments
Policy premiums due from November 15 to December 31, 2021 shall be allowed 61 days grace period.
This means that payments received after 31 days but within 61 days from said due dates, will be
considered paid-on-time. This same rule applies to the interest on policy loans.
2. Waiver of Interest on Loan Interest payment
Loan interest payments made within sixty-one (61) days from due date will not incur overdue interest.
3. Disenrollment of Auto Charging Option (ACO) and Auto-Debit Arrangement (ADA)
Temporary disenrollment from ACO and ADA can be requested via e-mail to email@example.com.
Re-enrollment may be requested anytime at the policyholder’s convenience.
At this time of recovery, InLife also has a wide range of payment channels which policyholders may find a more fitting alternative in the current situation. Premiums may now be paid via the InLife website by clicking the InLife Pay tab at the top of the home page.
