InLife announces payment channels for policy premiums, discontinues Direct Deposit payment option effective December 1, 2021

In the past two years that the Filipinos’ mobility has been limited due to the threats of COVID-19, InLife has made available various payment channels to ensure its policyholders are able to keep their policy active and its benefits in force.  Without leaving the safety and comfort of their homes, and not needing to travel far, an InLife policyholder can pay for their premiums through:


1. InLife Pay Link (previously known as Bills Presentment) 

Receive a secured, payment link through SMS or email and choose either of the following: 

a. Credit card 

b. Online banking via Dragonpay

c. Generate a reference payment number via Dragonpay for over-the-counter bank and non-bank payment centers. 

 

2. Customer Portal

a. Make a one-time payment of your current premium through eBayad 

b. Charge your premiums automatically to your card and get billed as they fall due through Auto Charge Option (ACO)  

  

3. Other payment options:

a. Bills Payment though Online Banking

- UnionBank, BDO, BPI and Metrobank internet banking 

b. Auto Debit Arrangement 

- UnionBank, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, Landbank, Security Bank 

c. Easy Payment Option (EPOn) - allows charging of your monthly amortization for future premiums automatically to your credit card for non-VUL policies

d. GCash

e. ECPay 

f. 7-Eleven Stores via Cliqq Kiosk or app

g. PayMaya


With the availability of these reliable and secure payment channels, InLife is discontinuing the direct deposit payment option to InLife’s UnionBank and BPI accounts, effective December 1, 2021.   Head of InLife’s Insurance Operations Ms. Diane A. Tagra said, “When the pandemic started, this was offered temporarily, to accommodate the policyholders’ premium payments.  Now that this wide range of payment options are within an InLife customer’s reach, we hope to make their premium payment experience even better”.
