InLife is re-opening the following offices in Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna and Bulacan for over-the-counter transactions starting May 10, 2021:

Business hours are limited to between 9 AM to 12 NN only, Monday to Friday. Accommodation of visitors is strictly on a per appointment basis and is limited to a single-concern transaction only. To set an appointment, visit the InLife Branch Locator page.
If you have multiple concerns to discuss, you may reach InLife using the following:
• InLife Customer Portal: Either through the mailbox or i-CHAT
• Email: customercare@insular.com.ph or email addresses of your preferred Head Office units or Branch office
• Website: Click on Customer Support then Contact Us
• InLife Facebook Messenger: Type "Talk to a Live Agent"
Drop boxes are also available for your policy servicing transactions.
For premium payments. InLife is accepting check payments in the branches. To pay online, you may use the Customer Portal and go to the PAY ONLINE option. For other payment facilities, you may refer to the Payment Facilities page.
