Be Alert! Protect yourself from Phone Scams
It has been advised that InLife policyholders and financial advisors have recently received text messages requesting for their personal information. The sender identified him/herself to be from InLife.
Please be mindful in giving out your personal information to other people. Insular Life will not ask for these sensitive information via call, email or SMS.
In such circumstances that InLife needs to contact you and its other policyholders directly, an SMS will be sent first. The InLife representative will identify him/herself properly providing their full name designation, office affiliation, purpose, and your plan name. When contacted, the InLife representative will state the call’s purpose which should match with what was stated in the SMS you received.
May all be guided accordingly. If you’re not sure about the validity of the message you received, please contact your Financial Advisor or customercare@insular.com.ph
