Building on the robust technical architecture it had set up in 2015, InLife was able to respond swiftly to restrictions imposed early into the pandemic. Of high importance was the ability to offer more flexible choices to those availing of InLife’s services after going through its fully-digital sales process (InLife ViBE) and customer service.
To that end, InLife added to its slew of existing online and over-the-counter (OTC) payment facilities, offering convenience and safety at the same time.

Starting April 1, 2021, payments via direct deposit to the bank accounts of Insular Life will no longer be accepted.
