Practice Social Distancing

Whenever you leave your house, particularly if the place is crowded, ensure that there is at least 6 feet of space between you and the next person. Studies have found that droplets of saliva from when you talk, cough, or sneeze (which can contain the virus) can travel this distance, so it’s wise to leave as much space between people as you can.
Disinfect frequently touched surfaces as often as you can. This includes tables, doorknobs, light switches, handles, desks, computers, phones, keyboards, sinks, faucets, countertops, and even communal pens.
Cover Your Nose
Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when coughing or sneezing and throw the tissue away immediately after use. If you don’t have tissue with you, cough or sneeze into your elbow or sleeve, and not into your hands, instead.
