The Notice of the 2022 Annual Members’ Meeting (AMM) was published in the Company website on 27 April 2022. This is 28 Days before the date of the AMM scheduled on 26 May 2022. 

A copy of the Notice was also published in two (2) newspapers of general circulation once a week for four (4) successive weeks starting on 27 April 2022.
