Wealth Builder is Insular Life's peso denominated, investment-linked insurance product which combines the benefit of savings, investment and insurance protection all in a single product. Only a single premium payment is required for a whole life coverage providing living and death benefits.

Basic Features:

• One time payment only
• Protection Period up to age 99
• Minimum single premium of P50,000
• Insured issue ages from 15 days old to 70 years old.
• Owner/Payor age: 18 years old and above

In addition, Wealth Builder offers the insured the following benefits:

• Option to increase his/her investment anytime in the form of a Top-Up Premium.
• Freedom to choose from any of the three types of funds where his/ her investment will be placed:
  • Fixed-income Fund
  • Balanced fund
  • Equity fund
• Option to switch his/her Fund allocation anytime.
• Full and partial withdrawals from his/her fund anytime

These investment funds are specific to variable life insurance contracts and are not considered mutual funds. Life insurance products are regulated by the Insurance Commission.
