The SSI Program offers employees an easy and affordable way of paying their insurance premiums through a salary deduction scheme. For as low as P500.00 a month, an employee can supplement his family protection, savings, or retirement fund.

SSI Advance Program The Employer advances the annual, semi-annual, or quarterly premiums of their employees who availed of insurance plans from Insular Life. This scheme will earn for the Employer additional income from 8% - 17% of the funds they advance as premium payment.

SSI Basic Program The Employer will deduct the insurance premiums from the salaries of employees who availed of the insurance plans from Insular Life. The Employer will earn additional income equivalent to 5% of the total SSI premium remittances without any cash outlay on its part.
