Building wealth, securing futures
Wealth Builder is an investment linked insurance plan that allows you to access sound financial opportunities by participating in the performance of government or corporate issued bonds or the stocks of the country's top corporations. Through this participation, you enjoy the services of investment experts otherwise accessible only to the privileged few. By investing in Insular Life Wealth Builder, you and your family are also protected from the risk of economic loss, a benefit only insurance investment vehicles can provide.
Consider the advantages of Wealth Builder:
- One-time commitment
Wealth Builder is an investment instrument suited for your windfall or any accumulated savings that you don't intend to use in the short-term. As a one-time paying product, the pressure to save funds for the next payment does not exist.
- Maximized Yields
Your funds are invested in a diversified portfolio of stocks, bonds, prime corporate notes and short-term money market instruments, allowing you to ride the current performance of these vehicles in the financial environment. As your investment is pooled with the funds of other clients, you have the privilege of large institutional investors such as lower transaction costs, access to desirable investment opportunities, preferred rates and the services of a full time fund manager.
- Freedom to increase investment
Your succeeding windfalls or accumulated savings can enjoy the product's performance through infusing these additional funds into your Wealth Builder investment at any time you wish. Referred to as top-ups, your funds just have to reach at least P20,000 so it can be accepted into your existing policy.
- Supplemental insurance protection
Wealth Builder provides an initial insurance protection equal to 125% of the single premium to supplement your family's funds upon the insured's sudden demise.
These investment funds are specific to variable life insurance contracts and are not considered mutual funds. Life insurance products are regulated by the Insurance Commission.
The weekly unit prices are also available at the Business Section of Philippine Star.
