ONLINE

Insular Effective Access to Gateway Link Electronic System (i-EAGLE) Customer Portal
Enroll or register to the Insular Effective Access to Gateway Link Electronic System (i-EAGLE) Customer Portal.

1. Go to the Insular Life website www.insularlife.com.ph
2. Click on "Select option" on the left side of the website.
3. Scroll down the menu, select "Customer Portal" and click on "Sign in".
4. Proceed to registration proper.

* eBayad (Online Premium Payment Facility) - eBAYAD is an online credit card payment facility that is customer initiated for one- time payment transactions.

Once you have enrolled / registered to i-EAGLE, you may now use eBayad following these simple steps:

1. Go to the Insular Life website www.insularlife.com.ph
2. Click on "Select option" on the left side of the website.
3. Scroll down the menu, select "Customer Portal" and click on "Sign in".
4. Log in / access your personal account.
5. Once you have logged in, select the eBayad icon.
6. A new window will pop up.
7. Read the Terms and Conditions carefully and click on "AGREE" button to continue or DISAGREE button to go back to POLICY INFORMATION page.
8. Select policies to be paid and fill-out the required credit card details.
9. Click on the PROCEED WITH PAYMENT button for the approval of transaction by the partner bank's payment gateway.
10. Wait for the payment transaction confirmation.

Reminders:

1. Your payment will be posted to your policy after 2 - 3 business days from the date of the approval of your transaction.
2. For inquiries, please call our Customer Care at (02) 876-1800 for Metro Manila or 1-800-10-INSULAR for provinces.

* ACO (Automatic Charging Option) - Automatic payment of premiums using enrolled VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards.

Steps for enrollment:

1. Go to the Insular Life website www.insularlife.com.ph
2. Click on "Select option" on the left side of the website.
3. Scroll down the menu, select "Customer Portal" and click on "Sign in".
4. Log in / access your personal account.
5. Click on ACO Link
6. Read the ACO Terms and Conditions and select agree button to continue
7. Answer the security questions
8. Enroll your VISA/MASTERCARD credit card/s
9. Click Submit button
10. Select your policies that you want to enroll and the corressponding enrolled credit cards where you want your premiums to be automatically charged.
11. When done, click on Submit button to confirm assignment of policies to credit card
12. Wait for the enrollment confirmation via SMS, Customer Portal Mailbox, and Personal Email

To enroll your credit card/s for automatic charging, secure an application form from or apply at Insular Life's Collections and Disbursement Department at the Insular Life Corporate Centre, Level 15, Alabang, Muntinlupa City., Tel. No. 582-1818 local 4445. Or download the form.

 

ONLINE BANKING FACILITIES

• For UnionBank Account Holders: Available to EON and Regular ATM account holders. If you are an EON account holder, Union Bank will send via-e-mail your online banking password. For regular ATM account holders, go to any Union Bank ATM, and access the Internet PIN generator menu for your internet PIN. Then, log on to www.unionbankph.com and click on "Pay your bills...online"
• For BPI Account Holders: Available to all BPI account holders. To enroll, log on to www.bpiexpressonline.com and follow on-screen instructions. Fill out on-line form and submit.

 

ALTERNATIVE FACILITIES

• Monthly Postdated Checks - Checks are now accepted in all IL offices.
• Premium Deal-lite: Zero % Deferred Payment Offer - Under this scheme, policyholders may pay their premiums in three (3) easy monthly installments at zero % interest. The offer is available for both initial and renewal premiums paid on or before due date with a minimum transaction amount of P3,000. The Premium Deal-lite: Zero % Deferred Payment Offer will be available at the ILCC and select district offices for payments until December 31, 2011.

After you have remitted your premium payment, please notify us of your remittance by sending us a copy of the validated wire transfer or telegraphic transfer form via fax (632-771-1920) or email/letter advice to avricaborda@insular.com.ph indicating the following additional information:

Policy number
Name and address of your bank

We will use them in following up your payment with the local bank.
