Insular invites all its policyholders to attend its 2010 Annual Regular Members’ Meeting on May 26, 2010 at 4:15 pm at the Insular Life Corporate Centre, Filinvest Corporate City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

All policyholders with at least one insurance policy in force for at least one year as of April 26, 2010 are qualified to vote and may be present in person or represented by proxy. If the policyholder will be appointing a proxy, the duly signed proxy form must be filed with the Office of the Corporate Secretary at least 10 working days before the date of the meeting, or not later than May 12, 2010. A member is entitled to only one vote, regardless of the number of policies or amount of insurance he or she owns.

The meeting will be the venue where Insular Chairman and CEO Vicente R. Ayllon will report for the first time the accomplishments of the company and its subsidiaries as well as the milestones in the company’s operations in 2009.

Other important business matters shall also be taken up such as the Amendment of the Company’s Articles of Incorporation to Extend its Corporate Term as well as the election of three members to the Board of Trustees to replace those whose term of office are expiring on May 26, 2010.

This year’s Annual Regular Members’ Meeting will be extra special as it falls on the company’s centennial year. As a prelude to its 100th anniversary on November 25, 2010, Insular will raffle off cash prizes for the lucky policyholders who will attend the meeting, either in person or by proxy as mentioned above. At stake are ten cash prizes of P10,000 each and one grand raffle cash prize of P100,000
