Over-the-counter:

  • Visit any of our Insular Life Offices nearest you.
  • Present your 2 valid ID’s.
  • Accomplish a Customer Information Update (CIU) form.
  • Receive your access guide*.
    • For Head Office and Makati Office customers: receive access guide immediately after enrollment.
    • For Branch Office customers: receive access guide via courier within 1-2 weeks after enrollment.

By Phone:

  • Dial (02) 771-1818 local 4424 OR (02) 876-1-800 and press '0'.
  • Speak to our Customer Care Specialist and give your complete name, date of birth, billing address, contact numbers and other information regarding your enrollment.
  • Receive your access guide via courier within 1-2 weeks after enrollment.

By Email:

  • Email us at services@insular.com.ph.
  • Accomplish a Customer Information Update (CIU) form that we will send to you via email.
  • E-mail us back the accomplished CIU form.
  • Receive your access guide via courier within 1-2 weeks after enrollment.
