How does a policyholder earn ESP status?
To qualify as ESP, your annualized premiums should be at least P100, 000 for single or multiple policies. Insular Life consolidates the policies of those with multiple policies to gain ESP status.

How can I maintain my ESP status?
Since membership to the program has an end-date or expiry date, duration of membership depends on
  1. the qualification to the premium requirement during time of policy issue date
  2. status of policy, and
  3. paying period of the qualifying policy/ies
For example, you are an ESP and you have a 5-pay policy, you will enjoy a 5-year ESP status as long as:
  • your policy is active-premium paying and
  • its annualized premiums meet the premium requirement of the program during the 5-year period.
  • ESPs qualifying through multiple policies should ensure that all policies maintain active-premium paying status and meet the premium requirement in order to continue enjoying the program benefits.
  • Once your policy is fully paid, your membership to the program expires. However, you can still re-qualify as ESP by purchasing a new policy with at least P100,000 annualized premium. Contact your servicing agent who can provide you FREE Financial Consultation Services and who can discuss with you our new products.

How can I claim my free medical and breakfast benefits?
The free medical and breakfast stubs are mailed to the insured, together with the birthday card, on his birth month. These benefits are given once a year for the duration of program membership, regardless of the number of qualified single policies issued under your name.
  • If you are a new member, the free medical exam and breakfast benefits will be given only after your policy has been in force for a full year, with the exception of those whose payment mode is annual or one-time (single-pay policies).
  • The free medical exam and breakfast benefits have expiry dates as indicated on the medical/breakfast stub. Validity periods are strictly observed.

How can I earn points under the Prestige Rewards Program?
Now, insuring your future and that of your loved ones has been made more rewarding by Insular Life.
  • If you pay your renewal premiums in advance (1 to 30 days before the premium due date), you will earn reward points*.
  • Reward points are earned based on the modal premiums paid and no. of days before the premium due date. All points are rounded off. For example:
    • For payments made 16-30 days in advance: (P100,000) (0.30%) = 300 reward points
    • For payments made 1-15 days in advance: (P100,000) (0.15%) = 150 reward points
    *Only renewal premiums paid within 30 days before due date are entitled to reward points. Other payment transactions do not entitle the ESP to earn rewards points, as follows:
    • Initial premiums/initial deposit
    • Balance payments (or payments made to cover balance due to change of mode)
    • Reinstatement fees
    • Payment of policy loans/interests
    • Non-premium payments
    • Excess premium payments
    • Premium Deposit Funds
  • ? Payments made more than 30 days before the due date are not included / considered = credited with points.

How can I redeem my points?
Redeeming points under the I Love Rewards Program is simple and easy.
  1. Call (02) 582-1818 local 5135, Mondays to Fridays, from 8am to 4pm to know your reward points.
  2. Log on to www.insularlife.com.ph to view the rewards line-up and the redemption steps.
  3. Ensure that your reward points cover the required points of the item of your choice. Only the gift certificates featured in the Catalogue are currently available for redemption.
