Hence, our Board of Trustees, the primary advocate of corporate governance in the Company, works with Management to ensure that an effective culture of good governance and compliance is established and maintained throughout the organization.
Various Board Committees have been instituted to help the Board perform its role and fulfill its responsibility in the overall management of the Company. The Board and Management’s actions are guided by the Company’s Manual on Corporate Governance.
